We welcome you to the annual Beltane celebration!!!
We are very honored to be able to hold the gathering for 2 days this year, so let's do our best to make sure it all goes down well.
Things to keep in mind:
This is private property and the owner has been very generous to open his land to us for this special occasion. Please respect the land by driving carefully and slowly on the way in, parking where you're asked to, and by packing out your trash.
Things to Bring:
Water, food, camping gear, flashlights, warm clothes, cool clothes, sturdy shoes, something to contribute to the altar, trash bags (to fill and take with you when you leave), and anything else you need to make your celebration happy and full of fun.
There is plenty of area to camp in, but no designated campground. It is primitive with no facilities. (there will be porta potties though - don't worry).
Directions:
From Hwy 17 & Hwy 1 -
Take Hwy 1 north until it turns into Mission
Turn right on Bay
Turn left on High St.
(High St. turns into Empire Grade)
Continue on Empire Grade for 4.4 miles
Turn left on Smith Grade - go .9 mile
Take the first road on the left. (It looks like a State Park entrance with a gate.)
* Look for the rusted and rotted 52 chevy on the right. the driveway is directly across on the left.
**Please keep an eye out for this road and do not drive past it and into the neighborhood below. VERY IMPORTANT!!!**
There will be a gate person from 8pm - 4am on friday night and saturday night. Go through gate and continue for another 2 miles until you get to the parking area.
